My Thoughts

A beautiful version of the classic and sexy 'So Kate' pointed toe pumps by iconic French footwear designer Christian Louboutin. This version of the 'So Kate' is the 'Vernis Mouchete' in black. The english translation of the french words 'Vernis Moucheté' is molded varnish, whilst just the word 'Moucheté' means specked/speckled/flecked. You can clearly see why the name fits this look so well. The 'So Kate' style is named after English fashion supermodel Kate Moss, with the style designed specifically for her wedding in 2011. The 'So Kate' has a thin 120mm heel (thinner than the Pigalle), step arch, and the iconic red painted sole. The insole is 100% leather, with a soft area for the back of the heel/achilles. I love the colours and style of this version of the 'So Kate'. The combination of colours means these shoes can be worn with many different styles of outfits. If you love your Louboutin's and enjoy wearing them daily, then these would look amazing with a pair of skinny jeans and a printed t-shirt like Balmain or Calvin Klein, a casual look which has been worn by the likes of Alexia Chung, Kendal Jenner and Gigi Hadid. If you wish to wear these stunning pumps for a formal occasion such as to a dinner or a special event, then I think they look best with lace dress, or a sleeveless dress, with a balloon skirt.
