Why Wear High Heels?

There are many reasons why woman would want to wear high heels, these include an increase in confidence, an increase in height, or even to appease your partner.

Confidence

Many woman feel more confident when wearing high heels. The majority of today's celebrity actresses, models and TV stars are seen on the red carpet wearing beautiful and expensive stilettos by the top fashion designers. These celebrities ooze confidence in front of dozens of photographers. High heels require you to take more steps than flat shoes. Your stride will become shorter, so you will need to take shorter steps. The higher the heel, the shorter the steps. Trying to take too long of a step will result in a clunky and awkward walk.

Gradually increase the period of time you wear your heels for, and try walking up and down a few steps (hold onto the handrail if you have one).
