Jimmy Choo Spring / Summer 2016 Collection
The 2016 spring/summer collection features some new colour combinations such as "buttercup" "malibu" and "coral pink", and also the use of palm leaf patterns. The face of the women's campaign is 25 year old Danish fashion model Nadja Bender. Nadja has featured as a catwalk model at fashion weeks for other top designer brands such as Chanel, Stella McCartney, Versace, and Balmain.
Jimmy Choo Creative Director Sandra Choi, to whom is Mr.Choo's niece, has yet again successfully created another visually brilliant photo shoot, with creative agency, Laird + Partners and photographer Cass Bird. The photoshoot was shot in Los Angeles, around the grounds of a beautiful mansion.

At the official press release Jimmy Choo explained his ideas behind the 2016 spring/summer collection, "I wanted the campaign to illustrate the Jimmy Choo woman of today; they have a natural radiance and allure that comes from being confident and self-assured. For the women's campaign, the imagery captures the modern woman -- she's confident with a laid-back approach to glamour that emanates from her self-assurance and unequivocal personal sense of style."
I love the use of the marble and stone architecture, the rich green foliage, and the clear, sparkling blue water, which gives that classic summer vibe. Model Nadja Bender looks amazing with her natural beauty in a variety of summer dresses and bold outfits. Overall I really like the new spring/summer collection produced by Jimmy Choo. The classic pointed-toe "abel" looks great in the glitter silver and coral pink, whilst the palm leaf "candy" clutch bag injects the exotic beach vibes, perfect for a plain summer dress for a lunch or dinner date.
